Do you offer consultations in English?

Why are most treatment prices not listed on the website?
Even under the same program name, skin condition, required treatments, products and amounts vary by individual, so exact pricing is provided after consultation. Current event package prices are shown in the Special Event section.
Can a One-Day Signature program really be done in one day?
The program is designed around a one-day format, but adjustments may be needed depending on your skin condition, treatment scope and recovery. Exact details are provided after consultation.
Does thread lifting work better if more threads are used?
No. More important than the number of threads is where, in which direction and how stably they are fixed. We design the treatment based on facial structure and the direction of sagging.
Is more filler always better?
No. Precise placement matters more than simply adding volume. Excessive volume can make the face look unnatural, so the design must consider the balance of the entire face.
How is filler different from volume regeneration?
Filler supports lost volume relatively immediately, while volume regeneration stimulates collagen production within the skin so volume and elasticity build gradually over time.
Does SRS Laser have a longer downtime?
It can. Redness, scabbing, flaking, dryness and a heat sensation may last longer than with lighter lasers, and recovery varies with skin condition and treatment intensity. Please allow enough time before important events.
Can pigmentation come back after removal?
It may reappear depending on UV exposure, skin irritation, hormones and individual tendency. Especially for melasma and spots, sun protection and consistent care remain important after treatment.
Do treatments require general anesthesia?
No. Our treatments are non-surgical and performed without general or sedation anesthesia, using topical or local anesthesia where needed.
Is VAT included in treatment prices?
Aesthetic treatments such as lifting, filler, Botox and skin boosters are subject to 10% VAT under Korean tax law, which may be charged separately from the quoted price. Please check the final amount with our staff during your consultation.
Can I get a tax refund on cosmetic treatments as a foreign visitor?
No. The tax refund program for cosmetic treatments received by foreign visitors has ended, so VAT paid on treatments cannot be refunded.
